1. The calm recovery principle

Recover interest by helping the buyer make a clearer decision, not by manufacturing panic. A tiny shop wins trust when every reminder feels useful even if the person never buys. Use the scripts in this kit only for people who explicitly joined your list, started a checkout, asked a question, downloaded a sample, or otherwise gave you a legitimate reason to follow up.

2. When to send
