Help learners notice everyday sounds, name them in English and German, then turn listening into movement, drawing, and sentence practice. No accounts, internet, audio files, or paid services required.

Quick classroom routine

  1. Pick one sound card.
  2. Say the English and German words together.
  3. Listen silently for 30–60 seconds.
  4. Sort sounds into soft/loud, near/far, natural/made-by-people.
  5. Write or draw one sentence: “I can hear…” / “Ich höre…”
